Shift: M-F (30 Units per week)
Requirement: Must hold a valid Licensed Physical Therapist

Job description: -

Evaluates patients and creates treatment plans to help them improve movement and function. Tracks their progress and updates the plan as needed. Works closely with doctors, the care team, and family members. Helps patients get equipment they may need to move better. Makes sure all paperwork is completed on time and follows company and legal rules. Oversees therapy assistants and stays up to date with training.
